Einstein Bots with Live Chat

In this blog, we will learn about Einstein Bots and how it will be integrate with Live Chat. So that before interacting with agent Customer should check if there queries will solve with interacting with Bots.

Below is the detail implementation of Einstein Bots.

Prerequisite
Live Chat setup should be done prior to Einstein Bots. If you haven't implemented Live Chat yet, refer link below - 


Now your org has Live Chat implemented.

Step 1:
Enable Einstein Bots for your org. 
(Use 'Quick Find' and search 'Einstein Bots') 












Step 2:
Go to 'My Bots' section > Create 'New'


















Once finish with the step, it will redirect to 'Einstein Bot Builder'.

Step 3:
Now go to 'Overview' > add 'Chat Button' which was configured for Live Chat.












Step 4:
Now go to 'Dialogs' > Create set of Dialogs to show for the Bot conversation. 

Once you complete set of Dialogs, Activate it.



Now, Einstein Bots has been implemented successfully. Go to console app, make avail agent online and send a request from Live Chat html page. Before contacting to agent, Einstein Bot will respond through Live Chat. If you select 'Transfer to Agent' option then only it will transfer request to Agent.
